Responsibilities :
- Manage a dynamic backlog of product tests, ensuring timely and accurate project execution.
- Oversee and lead cross-functional projects, prioritizing results while balancing multiple high-priority tasks.
- Develop and maintain quarterly benchmark data to measure performance across Bateman Collective's book of business.
- Design and execute ad campaign tests based on best practices within Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads.
- Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to identify market opportunities and align project goals with client needs.

- Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, or similar degree with 2+ years of experience with Digital Ads.
- Innovative Problem-Solver : You have a deep understanding of Google, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads, particularly in advanced techniques like conversion tracking, value-based bid optimization, and end-to-end tracking.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker : With a solid grasp of basic statistics (sample size, statistical significance), you measure performance effectively and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Strong Communicator : You can quickly build rapport across teams, inspiring and motivating others. Your communication is clear, positive, and persuasive, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Project Management Master : You balance competing priorities without missing a beat, taking initiative and making quick, confident decisions.
