Inventory & Quality Control Specialist

Job Duties :
Maintain inventory management systems.
Compare identifying information and counts, weights, or measurement items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Affixes shipping labels, stamps, or stencils on packed cartons to identify shipping information.
Communicates with Project Management and Purchasing to create bill of lading, packing lists, dimensions, and weights of items being shipped.
Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembles containers and places items for shipment inside in the container.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate with Purchasing or Project Managers to rectify damages or shortages.
Route items appropriately to different departments and locations of production.
Segregates and organizes components specific to each job / project.
Inventory management; monitors items that come out of stock and makes sure they are accurately managed.
Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Operate forklift trucks or use hand-truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
All other duties will be assigned.
Pay : $20 / HR
Shift : 1st; Monday Friday
Hours : 7am 4 : 30pm
