POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related processes.
This role is perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while gaining valuable experience in human resources.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
- Assist with payroll processing by preparing and organizing timesheets and other related documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee training, development programs, and company events.
- Assist with maintaining compliance by ensuring employee documents are up to date and aligned with legal and company standards.
- Generate HR reports and assist with data entry in HR systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing HR-related correspondence.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within HR.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
