THE TYPE OF SCHOOL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications :
- Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences (social work, counseling, or psychology)
- Flexibility and adaptability to school policies and schedules
- Ability to work remotely and onsite as needed
- License or actively working on license / certification
Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SCHOOL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COORDINATOR
As a School Behavioral Health Coordinator , your workdays will align with school hours on weekdays , providing you with the opportunity to enjoy summers and holidays off alongside the students.
You'll devote your days to conducting individual and group counseling sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges faced by students.
Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with school personnel and families to formulate effective intervention plans and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Upholding confidentiality and adhering to school policies and schedules, you'll maintain accurate client records while remaining adaptable to remote work as required.
