2nd Shift Receptionist / Scheduler position at busy Mental Health Counseling Practice
2p to 8p Monday - Friday
20-30 Hours per week : 2 weeks paid vacation, 9 paid holidays.
Pay Rate depending upon level of experience

- Proficiency with Google Calendar and scheduling with EHR system Simple Practice
- Basic understanding of insurances and insurance billing
- Sensitivity & compassion to Diversity, people with Mental Health related challenges
- Takes Direction in a Cooperative and Open manner
