Required qualifications :
- PharmD Pharmacy or
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- upon hire : California Pharmacist Registered.
- within 2 years of hire National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) where applicable. ACLS / PALS / NRP where applicable
2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
