Are you energized by solving complex business challenges? We’re seeking a seasoned  Microsoft 365 Solution Architect & Business Consultant  to help mid-size to enterprise clients unlock the full potential of their Microsoft 365 investment.

This strategic role blends business process consulting with technical solution architecture, focusing on analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and crafting actionable recommendations.

You’ll work directly with client stakeholders across industries and departments to deliver high-impact assessments and strategic documentation that drive measurable business outcomes.

🔧 What You’ll Do :

• Conduct deep-dive assessments of client business processes and technology usage to produce industry standard strategic documentation such as Technology Utilization Assessments, Digital Transformation Roadmaps, Executive Strategy Decks, Use Case Documentation, Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, Value Realization Plans, Adoption & Enablement Strategies, Risk Assessments & Mitigation Plans
• Architect Microsoft 365 and AI based solutions that align with business goals
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure solution feasibility and adoption
• Present findings and recommendations to C-level stakeholders
• Stay current on Microsoft 365 capabilities, governance, and best practices
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.
