U) This position is for an analyst with the Europe Eurasia Regional Center, Eurasia Division, Russian Leadership, Strategy, and Capabilities Branch, DIA HQ.
The position requires a professional and creative individual eager to track Russian Leadership, Strategy, and Capabilities and inform strategic customers of their importance with respect to US national security and strategic competition.
The individual will leverage their network in the USIC to identify opportunities for joint production and operational effects.
The individual will also participate in IC events to share analytic insights. The individual will regularly brief senior customers, and occasionally operational elements, on key Russian activities in their AOR.
Finally, the individual will mentor junior analysts as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications Required Ability to research and logically analyze, synthesize, and judge information, as well as the ability to review and incorporate multiple sources of information in performing assignments.
Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including an ability to work effectively within an interagency environment on complex issues requiring negotiation and consensus-building.
