Job Title : Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator (Contract)
Our client is a rapidly growing company in need of a strong Logistics Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in logistics and supply chain management. As a Logistics Coordinator , you will assist with daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring smooth and timely transportation of goods.
You will gain hands-on experience working with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to coordinate logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries according to customer and company requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and carriers to track orders and address basic issues.
- Help maintain accurate shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, packing slips, etc.).
- Communicate directly with drivers
- Perform data entry and update logistics systems with shipment information.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
