A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This role supports clients in their mental health recovery through integrative, wellness-focused psychotherapeutic interventions.
With the flexibility to practice both in-person and via telehealth, this position allows you to build your caseload around your preferred patient populations and modalities.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality, direct clinical care to clients across a range of psychotherapeutic approaches, including Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, Art Therapy, Autism Testing, IFS, Somatic Therapy, and Couples and Family Interventions.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet client needs, adjusting approaches as necessary to support ongoing progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support a holistic approach to client care.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours of sessions.
Participate in clinical consultations and professional development opportunities, contributing to a supportive team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a full, unrestricted PA license.
Strong experience in direct patient care, particularly in evidence-based practices and integrative wellness approaches.
Proficiency in managing documentation through electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and sensitivity in supporting diverse client populations, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
