A typical day may include the following :

The Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics & Operations will work closely with the Oncology Global Pricing Strategy Lead and Market Access teams from international markets, playing a key role in supporting Regeneron’s growth.

The individual will manage the Global Price Management System to ensure prices in the database are accurate and current. This role will be responsible for pricing analytics, price tracking and reporting, and pricing execution support for both country affiliates and with distribution partners (for distributor markets).

This role may be for you if :

• Maintain and support continuous enhancements to the global pricing management database and analytics platform to effectively execute on price modelling, reference pricing impact analysis and business case evaluations for recommendations to senior management.
• Assist with affiliate and distributor pricing execution, focusing on the analytical support for pricing business cases and in market price negotiation.
• Conduct international reference price tracking, and analogue assessment for in-market Oncology products and pipeline products.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative pricing analytics, share insights and provide robust recommendations to internal stakeholders in country affiliate and global teams.
• Generate quarterly pricing reports to inform senior management.
• Provide analytical and operational support to Global Pricing Committee.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have 5+ years of progressive experience in Market Access / Pricing in the Pharma or Biotech sector in multi-disciplinary, matrix context.

You must possess a Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate would have strong analytical capability with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations, develop analysis from multiple sources, synthesize into clear and concise information that is responsive to business needs.

Working knowledge of global pharma pricing and reimbursement environment and familiar with market access and pricing related strategy and activity in global setting.

Excellent knowledge of pricing market research tools, methodologies, and analytics including exposure to global price management systems.

Experience in data analytics and visualization tools (eg. Thinkcell, Tableau etc.).

Salary Range (annually) : $129,800.00 - $211,800.00
