Leading the SETS transformation presents exciting challenges, including migrating from a legacy mainframe system to a cloud-based, microservices-driven architecture while ensuring data integrity and security. You will need to balance innovation with reliability, introducing new technologies while maintaining system performance and stability for existing users. As a supervisor of a team, you will need to manage diverse skill sets, foster collaboration, and guide developers at different expertise levels to use new tools and techniques to build solutions. Duties include but are not limited to :
Schedule : 8 hour shift, between 7am-6pm as determined in consultation with supervisor, Monday through Friday. This position will be required to work outside normal work hours and scheduled shift in the event of emergencies and service outages. Travel : No regular travel expected.

Pay Information : This position is in the State of Ohio's E1 Pay Schedule, Pay Range 16. Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $47.50 per hour). These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases. With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year. The current step progression wages are in the table below.
