Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Portfolio Management Coordinator to join the Holman Family.
Responsibilities :
- Create appointments or turn over engaged portfolio customers for store follow up
- Identify opportunities to create an maintain loyalty
- Monitor portfolio to identify opportunities
- Manage customer lifecycle to maintain loyalty and increase retention
- Establish and maintain productive rapport with Customers
- Articulate and deliver Value Proposition
- Identify and understand customers needs
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Phone calls, emails and text
- Manage multiple platforms
- Key understanding of general Brand knowledge
Qualification Criteria :
- Automotive Retail experience
- Customer service or Account management experience
- A track record of performance excellence
- Ability to work independently
- Business acumen and / or equivalent industry knowledge
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and policies of the Customer Engagement Center
- Strong working knowledge of Holman policies and CEC best practices
- Proven track record with achieving / exceeding department performance metrics
- Ability to work flexible work schedule (includes nights and weekends)
- Work from Home experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience working in a customer service / lifecycle related field preferred
