Administrative Assistant (Pac10 Lofts)

WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pac10 Lofts, a 180-unit residential community located in Lawrence, MA.

In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office support, including : maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and facilitating overnight shipping.
  • Assist with property operations, including : creating check requests, working on recertifications, filing paid invoices, and distributing resident requests appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Manage all aspects of front desk duties.
  • Update property management team on existing or potential problems.
  • Complete special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in property management industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
