Raytheon - Advance ProductsSolution(APS) is seeking an Associate Director, ProductionProgram Manager to lead acomplexproductionprogramthat will manufacture, test, and delivercutting edgetechnologywithin the Electro-Optical and Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
The Associate Director, ProductionProgram Managerwill beresponsiblefor delivering systems on time and within cost.
What You Will Do
Leadadiversecross functionalprogram team to implement a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) production program operating in parallel with the respective development program for the product
Demonstrateprogram managementtechniques (full Profit & Lossresponsibilities), working in a matrixedenvironmentwithactivecustomerengagementandsupportingfollow on production proposals
Manage a program with significant supplier content
Cultivate daily workflow based upon contract andcustomerrequirements
Develop,manage, and own ProgramEstimate at Completions (EACs)
ActivelymanageRisksand Opportunities insupportof program performance
Activelyengageand lead withcross functionalteams to pursue improvements inHydraulicPowerUnit(HPU), testyields, test equipment uptime, etc
Present program status to stakeholders, at all levels, utilizing business andproject managementresources and procedures
Developand maintainexcellentrelationships
Travel, up to 20%, to participate in domestic businessengagements
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
12yearsrelevant programmanagementexperience
Experience managing and working within a production program / environment to include product manufacturing and test
Experienceleadingcross-functionalteams
Experienceinprogram managementtechniques (full Profit & Lossresponsibilities), working in a matrixedenvironment, managing supplier contract content,customerengagement, whilesupportingproposals efforts
Experienceengagingand reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite resources
Anactiveand transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredprior to start date. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.
S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey.
Over the course of the 14-week program, experienced professionals will gain paid, on-the-job experience, have an opportunity to participate in sessions with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return-to-work experience.
Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at RTX.
The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
