Commercial Estimator

Compensation Package :

• Earn up to $70-$90k+ in your first year

Responsibilities :

• Meets with the customer to discuss their specific needs and generates an estimate that includes all customer requirements
• Ensures that the estimate contains the correct project information, including products and quantities, and incorporates any changes requested by the customer
• Prepares job schedule, budget, and materials list and delivers to appropriate team members and customer
• Provides estimates on change orders for current projects
• Performs inspections / site walkthroughs to identify progress and address potential issues as early as possible and to ensure the project adheres to the timeline
• Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
• Participates in meetings, committees, educational opportunities, etc., as requested / required
• Service all CertaPro Painters’ customers to meet their painting needs and building customers for life.
• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and
• profitability
• Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
• Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
• Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications :

• PAINT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and insurance
• OSHA Certification is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
• Must have strong leadership skills
• B2B, commercial sales experience (preferred)
• Track-Record as a Top Performer (preferred)
• History of accomplishments and promotions
• Working knowledge of interior and exterior paint coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and other construction (preferred)
• Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic
• Excited about performance-based pay
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills - Microsoft skills using Excel, Outlook and TEAMS
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships
• Patience and perseverance to pursue the long-term sales cycle
