We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UI / UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI / UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing user interfaces for our Mobile App, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both UI and UX design, as well as best practices around human-centered design, such as jobs to be done, persona development, empathic user journeys, and friction versus joy.
Requirements
1. User Journey and Experience Design :
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows.
2. User Interface Design :
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. User Feedback & Usability Testing :
- Facilitate focus groups to test and observe interaction with the product.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions to enhance overall user experience.
4. Stay Updated on Industry Trends :
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI / UX design and front-end development.
- Implement innovative design solutions to enhance the overall quality of our digital products.
