We are seeking a talented, creative and strategic UI / UX Design Lead to join our team. We are looking for an expert with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.
User research will be essential, coupled with a strategic approach to UX. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, you'll transform insights into innovative products within a dynamic environment that demands strong leadership and the capability to realize creative visions.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- 8+ years Prototyping
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory and typography
- In-Depth understanding of CSS Design Systems. Must be able to create a Design System from scratch.
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
- Experience investigating user experience design requirements
- Experience with User testing tools
- Experience developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI / UX design strategy
- Proficiency in producing high-quality UX research and mapping solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, prototypes etc.
