We're seeking a future team member in the role of Production Services Application Support to join our Custody Production Services team.
This role is in Pittsburgh, PA and will follow a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :
- Maintain and support highly complex applications and their operating environments
- Perform complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert for a portfolio of applications
- Work to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup
- Coordinate root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems potentially spanning multiple applications, to address underlying technical issue
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of experience providing L2 or higher support for applications
- Reviewing configuration and queries within databases of financial systems and applications using MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, and Vertica
- Reviewing the configuration, application architecture, and business logic within the operating systems of financial systems and applications using windows, UNIX, and Mainframe Platforms;
- Familiarity with various financial products and terminology (SWIFT, Mutual Funds, etc.).
