Sales Support Specialist

The Cary Company is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a crucial part of our sales department, you will provide valuable support to our sales managers, engaging with existing and prospective customers to ensure a smooth sales process.

Management Collaboration : Assist the Sales Managers & Sales Directors with various projects and duties, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Innovation : Use your creativity and innovation to develop and improve sales processes and procedures. Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor in all interactions.

Meeting Participation : Actively participate in sales meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to the team. Problem Solving : Address and solve customer inquiries creatively and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements : Multitasking Ability : Proven capability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
