JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to join our team, primarily focusing on providing desktop support, managing network security, and assisting with hardware and software issues.
This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Service Desk and Desktop Support, preferably with a face-to-face customer service background in a corporate environment.
This position is instrumental in ensuring the operational integrity of our computer systems, through tasks such as deploying security updates, setting up hardware components, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide remote desktop and telephonic support for troubleshooting computer issues.
- Ensure all company computers and networks are backed up, safe, and secure.
- Deploy security updates to servers and computers to maintain integrity.
- Instruct staff on utilizing company software and adhering to security standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in both Windows and Mac OS, with a solid understanding of MS Exchange.
- Strong problem-solving, diagnosis, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical users.
