We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in Data Privacy & Governance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance.
  • Proven track record of success in building and scaling sales and marketing functions in early-stage and growth-mode companies.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
