What You Will Do :
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Defense and Security Segment to support the Department of the Air Force’s core financial accounting and entitlement system.
The Agile Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as a focal point for delivering Agile support and expertise to the government
The Individual will regularly interact with senior government officials, staff, and will be engaged in a diverse set of program-specific tasks related to the Department's financial accounting and entitlement system.
The individual should possess a willingness to be flexible in supporting numerous work products and deliverables.
What You Will Need :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience
TEN (10) or more years of experience within the DoD or Federal Government (advanced degree and / or professional certification may be substituted for equivalent years of experience)
Experience leading teams and Agi le so f tware development
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing at a Federal or DoD program
E xpertise in Air F orce f inancial management policies, processes, and procedures speci f ically in using Oracle applications
Ability to work independently
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong time-management and prioritization skills
Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Working knowledge of DoD and Air Force financial management and systems, processes and procedures
Agi le so f tware certi f ications including scrum master or product owner
F unctional knowledge o f F ederal applications o f Oracle e-Business so f tware
Ability to travel (up to 10%)
