The Product Strategy & Supplier Partnership (PSSP) organization within our McKesson Medical-Surgical (MMS) products business segment is looking to hire a Lead Sales & Customer Program Strategy position! This role is responsible for designing and implementing innovative programs that drive incremental sales and enhance overall customer engagement for our MMS products.
We’re looking for someone experienced with analyzing market data and leveraging that analysis to influence creative go-to-market programs and strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, as well as a deep understanding of market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop comprehensive program & channel strategies that align with the MMS category, sales, and marketing objectives
Collaborate with Category Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Private Label, and Pricing teams to ensure program initiatives are cohesive and aligned with overall business goals
Proactively identify opportunities for new programs and enhancements to existing ones, leveraging category strategies, customer insights, and market research
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs, monitor KPIs and using data insights to make informed decisions
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging markets to identify new opportunities for customer program innovation

Key Skills & Experience You’ll Need :
Degree or equivalent and 10+ years of relevant experience (less years required if candidate possesses relevant Master’s or Doctorate degree)
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop unique solutions
Preferred Skills :
Experience with ROI analysis
Experience with customer segmentation and personalization strategies
