Job Description
The Leasing Maintenance Coordinator works with the Leasing / Rental Customers to help schedule preventative maintenance and handle breakdowns and sub coordination. They walk through the issues with their vehicle, and the service options available for them. This person will also assist with after hour break downs, schedule repairs for the leasing company and arrange a replacement for the customer.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
Determine and diagnose truck and / or trailer issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
Ensure that vehicle work provided to customers meets company quality standards Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong computer skills, experience with Excel is a plus.
Knowledge of heavy duty trucks and truck repair is an asset to this role.
Excellent customer service experience.
1 year admin / billing experience
Confident and professional when meeting clients and talking on the phone.
Good organizational skills.
