A global manufacturing company is seeking an EHS Specialist to join its team in Phoenix, AZ. The selected candidate will collaborate with the broader EHS team to achieve objectives and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
The Role :
- Conduct risk assessments, and assist in auditing.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs at the manufacturing facility, including LOTO and fall protection.
- Work with local regulators and inspectors on regulatory programs, permits, and compliance matters.
The Candidate :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Science, or related discipline
- 0 - 1+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment and working knowledge of industrial safety hazards
- Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to influence and engage others
