Openwork is assisting our valued Austin client in their search for a Financial Reporting Accountant. This 8 to 5 Monday through Friday role will use your excellent software and database skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and love for organization and detail! This role is temporary collaborative and is located in downtown Austin! (Free parking provided)
Report to the finance manager, enter bills, send invoices, pull reports and other duties as requested. This small office is professional, positive and appreciative of all the staff members!
Qualification :
- College degree highly preferred, experience may substitute.
- 3 yrs experience using accounting systems and software
- Experience with manual entries, chart of accounts and trial balances.
- Advanced Excel knowledge & skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Positive, collaborative can-do attitude are greatly appreciated.
