Position Description
- This position is contingent on contract award. Multiple locations.
- RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Performs complex logistics activities within established procedures including data management, configuration management, shipping & receiving, inventory control and supply maintenance.
- Maintains Log Files of all transactions Affecting Property Accountability and ensures 100 percent accountability of Government Furnished Equipment and contractor acquired property (CAP)
- Manages the ordering / replenishment, receipt, storage, issue, and disposal, of all materials.
- Tracks all inbound and outgoing equipment shipments to ensure timely deliveries and Receipt of Equipment to and from training exercises.
- Maintains all required documentation for audit purposes
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in / knowledge of logistics management plans and implementation directives to establish a disciplined environment necessary to ensure logistics life cycle maintenance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
BA / BS degree in related field or HS diploma and 3 years’ experience in Logistics / Supply Management
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to obtain and maintain a current Active Security clearance and meet other eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
