Responsibilities :
The Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering Information and Technology is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator for one of our grant-funded programs.
In this role, you will support faculty members with a variety of essential tasks, including :
Coordinating program events and activities
Organizing the application process
Participating in the application review process
Monitoring program expenditures, including scholar tuition remission and stipend distribution
Administering scholars’ professional development funds
Developing and distributing marketing materials for the SFS and DOD CySP programs

Required Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications :
- Background in procurement or related areas
- Proficient with computers and quick to learn new tools
- Customer service-oriented with a positive approach to working with students
