Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Azure for our medical device client.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of medical device solutions utilizing Azure cloud services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to the overall technical strategy for our medical device portfolio.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of medical device solutions on the Azure platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and progress reports.
  • Stay updated on Azure cloud services and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices for medical devices.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy for the company's medical device portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud services, including but not limited to Azure IoT Hub, Azure Functions, and Azure Blob Storage.
  • Strong background in software and / or hardware development for medical devices.
  • Experience with regulatory standards and requirements for medical device software and hardware.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
