As a Workday Data Consultant / Team Lead , your primary responsibilities may include : Lead a team of one other Data Conversion consultants on one or more project teamsServe as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials systemConverting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading toolsCreate ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to WorkdayLead in the validation of data loaded into WorkdayResponsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the projectResponsible for key communication to project and client leadershipClosely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goalsCollaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectivesResponsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessaryLead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experienceWhy should I join the Accenture Workday team?

Here’s what you need : Workday Partner CertificationMinimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firmMinimum of 2 year hands-on Workday Data experienceMinimum of 2 year of US and / or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL / SQL experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)Bonus points if : 4 Full Life-Cycle Workday Data implementationsKeen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Demonstrated experience in Reporting / AnalyticsDemonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systemsDemonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPointCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
