JOB DESCRIPTION FOR JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR
Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of janitorial supervisor in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area.

Job responsibilities :
- Training new cleaners at various job sites
- Re-training current cleaners who fail their inspection
- Inspecting various accounts for quality
- Troubleshooting issue with customers
- Delivering supplies to various job sites
- Making minor repairs on vacuums like changing belts.
- Stepping in to clean on an emergency basis
- Taking calls from cleaners who are dealing with issues at their building
- Arranging to find coverage for last minute call outs.
- Holding and distributing keys as needed for all accounts in area of responsibility.
- Overseeing floor crews at night as needed providing last minute direction for them.
- Additional Tasks to Be Executed on an "As Needed" Basis
Hours / Days : 4 : 00pm to 12 : 30am, Monday through Friday.
Benefits
Salary - $45,000 per year + PTO package

- Must use personal vehicle / Vehicle allowance to be provided
- Must Have Valid / Updated Driver’s License
- Must Have Proof of Vehicle Insurance and Registration in your name
