Pharmacist Vaccine Initiative Compensation
- The pay for this position is $63 hourly
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

The required availability for this position is Sunday - Friday (10a-7 : 30p) Saturday (9a-7 : 30p)

Pharmacist Vaccine Initiative Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the administration of multiple immunizations (ex : flu, shingles, COVID etc)

Pharmacist Vaccine Initiative Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Imply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- Valid Drivers License
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
