- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments for seamless operations
- Assist in cross-training initiatives to enhance skills in other departments
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Salary : $45,000-$70,000
