Job Title : Sales Professional at Chevrolet Of Troy - Full Time / Commission Only (Individual Contributor)
Location : Troy, Ohio
Job Summary :
As a Sales Professional at Chevrolet Of Troy, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers in Miami County, Ohio.
This is a commission-only position, and you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited commission based on your sales performance.
You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is an individual contributor role, meaning you will be responsible for your own sales and building your client base.

Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our Chevrolet vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential customers
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and potential for future business
- Stay up to date on all Chevrolet products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Prior sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
