RWC is looking for an enthusiastic Applications Analyst to join our growing organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join an exciting IT team with a lot of room for growth.
You will be a key part of the team delivering the entire application portfolio to RWC's stakeholders across the Americas region.
The successful candidate is going to be passionate about working alongside business colleagues to deliver process improvements.
We will provide the tools, access to knowledge, and everyday support to help the candidate excel and grow in their position.

There will not be ten-year application architectural roadmaps and rigid stage-gates at every step; agility and delivery are the key focus points of the RWC IT organization.
The nature of the role will provide you with fantastic exposure to senior technical and business resources within the company.
There will be projects where you will be required to assist and consult senior leadership team members as RWC continues to maintain and enhance world-class IT systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement within various business areas via the means of software changes and implementation.
- Maintain base level cross-functional knowledge across the customer technology landscape, understand how applications communicate with each other.
- Liaise closely with key stakeholders of the organization in transforming their day-to-day requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain the RWC IT strategy of delivering scalable, long-lasting solutions.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management platform and reporting. (Required)
- Experience of end-to-end project delivery for small to medium-scale projects. (Required)
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. (Required)
- Experience working with ERP systems. (Optional)

Working Conditions
- The role will be a hybrid, with Friday of remote working available.
- Up to 20% travel expectation will be required depending on the active projects.
- When feasible, international trips are possible.
