Job Title : Assistant Commercial Property Manager
Location : Commerce, CA
Salary : $68k-$75k
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial properties and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily operations of commercial properties, including retail, office, and industrial spaces
- Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and resolving tenant issues
- Develop and manage property budgets, including CAM reconciliations, expense control, and financial reporting
- Supervise property maintenance and building engineers, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep
- Coordinate and manage vendor contracts for services such as cleaning, landscaping, and security
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct property inspections to maintain standards and address any areas of concern
- Collaborate with leasing teams to optimize occupancy rates and maximize property income
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience (only candidates with commercial backgrounds will be considered)
- Strong understanding of CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and a large portfolio of tenants
- Excellent communication and tenant relations skills
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
