In this role, you will :
Provide compensation consulting to multiple business units by working directly with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders.
Provide coaching on compensation policies and practices, problem definition and resolution, job evaluation, market pricing, offer development, pay changes, retention and various other compensation vehicles.
- Maintain a competitive pay philosophy and programs for Kimberly-Clark. Advise and influence senior management and HR business partners and provide thought leadership on compensation programs and practices, linking them to the overall business strategy.
- Support HR Business Partners and Team Leaders with using Kimberly-Clark’s Job Architecture. Conduct meetings to understand the job, perform market pricing analyses, employee impact analysis, and issue resolution if needed.
Partner with HR on re-organization efforts or job architecture changes.
Conduct pay trend research and analysis. Utilize compensation survey data to ensure K-C maintains market competitive positioning.
Develop analytics, charts, graphics and / or dashboards to present information and findings to HR professionals and management.
Partner with Talent Management and Talent Intelligence and research to stay competitive in an extremely dynamic market.
- Partner with our Compensation Enablement team, responsible for systems and global processes, to deliver annual merit cycles, incentive programs, and survey submissions.
- Support data-driven decision-making through analytical tools. Develop a deep technical understanding of K-C’s compensation data and systems for our HR data (Workday), market survey data (MarketPay), Pay Equity tool (Syndio) and ticketing system (HR Service Now).
May partner with Comp Enablement teams to ensure our systems support our programs and analytical needs.
Provide training, coaching and feedback to less experienced staff. Partner with junior Compensation Analyst to build compensation partner skills of overall team.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of compensation experience.
- Demonstrated experience of Compensation consultation to senior leaders and strong advisory skills required.
- Demonstrated performance in advanced excel skills, complex analysis with large data sets and modeling.
- Proven project management and stakeholder update skills.
- Proven aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple HR and Compensation systems, such as Comp Planning systems (PeopleFluent), Market Pay and PayEQ.
- Knowledge & experience with Workday, preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain, including Blue Collar workforce, preferred.
