DescriptionThe Hub Delivery is looking for a Program Manager with proven project management experience to own fleet related strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs.

This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process / product changes.

Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.A highly analytical candidate with program / project management or operations experience is an ideal fit, as this role will require cross-functional partnership with multiple teams (Tech, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Workforce Planning, Delivery and other teams) to lead, influence, and support business critical projects and initiatives.

You will be expected to interact with senior-level audiences to provide updates and make strategic recommendations that will achieve the long-term vision for optimal balance between business need and operator experience.

Documentation of requirements, project management, and cross-team coordination skills are essential.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop fleet strategy for Hub Delivery to optimize costBuild partnership with RSR and AMZL fleet planning team and represent Hub Delivery on communication of WW fleet needsLead full life-cycle of complex cross-functional fleet projects and programs with considerable impact across multiple organizationsAnalyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward solvesLeading project teams to plan, organize, and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processesDesigning new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of the businessBasic Qualifications5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPreferred Qualifications2+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
