Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $15 - $20 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a Receptionist to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility, The Pillars of Grand Rapids.
This role would act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors and staff at our site located in Grand Rapids, MN.
This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.
This part time receptionist schedule includes :
- 16 hours every two weeks
- Day Shift- ; 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
- Every other weekend Sat / Sunday
- Partial Benefits package; (paid time off, matching retirement)

Responsibilities / Job Description
- Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community
- Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
- Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds
- Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency
- Strong customer service proficiency
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
