Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management and HR data administrationManage payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all regulations and accurate employee compensationLead the administration of employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with related regulationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree8+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environmentProven experience with selection and successful implementation of an HRIS;
Paylocity experience is a plusStrong knowledge of benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and FMLAAbility to manage and optimize HR processes and benefits programs
