Executive Sous Chef Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Experience working in and extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• High-volume experience with a minimum of $15 mil
• Must have a strong foundation in technique
• Must be passionate about quality ingredients and cuisine
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to learn and grow
