As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II, you will be the face of our company, providing compassionate care to patients.
Your primary responsibilities include :
Accurate Blood Draws : Skillfully draw blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
Specimen Processing : Prepare and process blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to strict protocols.
Exceptional Customer Service : Build rapport with patients, providing clear explanations and a positive experience.
Administrative Duties : Maintain detailed records and documentation.
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications :
Medical assistant or paramedic training
Experience in a patient service center environment
Customer service experience in the retail or service industry
