Sales Representative

The Sales Representative builds and maintains relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and attorneys to generate new business for Chicago Title. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through consultative selling, excellent customer service, and promoting the value of Chicago Title's escrow and title services.

Duties :

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other referral partners.
• Promote Chicago Title's escrow, title, and closing solutions through presentations, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and provide ongoing client education and support.
• Collaborate with escrow and title teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Education :

High school diploma or GED required; some companies may prefer an associate's or bachelor's degree.

Additional Information :

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $45,000 - $65,000 / annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical / dental / vision / life / disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
