Summary
Job Description Provide high quality sales service by cashing out orders, responding to inquiries about products and / or services, and resolving customer complaints.
Communicate regularly with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Inside Sales Job Description :
Helping customers that call in or walk in with their product questions and needs
Effectively communicate features and benefits of products we sell to our customers
Processing quotes, orders, rental and repair orders via our CRM systems
Assist outside salespeople
Stay educated on emerging trends in the commercial and industrial construction market, along with learning the product lines we carry
Assisting in other areas of the business as needed, picking orders, stocking, etc.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional conduct and appearance at all times!
Qualifications :
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
Passion for delivering high quality customer service
Ability to build relationships and a strong rapport with customers.

Duties
Candidates applying should have a high school diploma and be a self motivated-self starter with effective communication skills-a real people person.
A college education is preferred, but not required. The individual will work closely with the outside sales force in supporting and servicing our current customer base.
Typical tasks will include product research, quoting, ordering, and expediting. Attention to detail is a must.Most importantly, this person will be available and attentive to customer inquiries and requests.
As a member of the sales team, this person will be expected to contribute to the identification of potential customers and markets and the establishment of relationships

- Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Continuously seek to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Educate customers in product features and advantages and provide personal hands-on service to promptly assist customers with any issues that arise.
- Work collaboratively with sales managers, fellow sales personnel, and other company staff to promote and maintain company image to suppliers and customers alike.
- Process sales orders and provide direction and supervision for picking, packing, and delivering the orders within defined timing and scheduling.
