Our client atoprated independent estate agent is seeking a dynamic andproactive Property Manager to join their team. This role offers acompetitive salary and the chance to work in a supportive andprofessionalenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Manage aPortfolio : Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential propertiesensuring they are wellmaintained and tenants arehappy.
- Tenant Support : Bethe main contact for tenants resolving issues quickly andefficiently.
- MaintenanceCoordination : Schedule and manage maintenance and repair workliaising with reliablecontractors.
- Conduct Inspections : Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are metand identify any maintenanceneeds.
- Rent Collection : Ensure timely rent collection and manage anyarrears.
- Ensure Compliance : Stay up to date with property laws and ensure all properties complywith health and safetyregulations.
- Reporting : Preparedetailed reports on property managementactivities.
The IdealCandidate :
- Provenexperience in property management or residential lettingsparticularly residentialproperties.
- Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills.
- Strong organizationalskills with the ability tomultitask.
- Familiarity withproperty managementsoftware.
- Knowledge of propertylaws andregulations.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
- A valid UK drivinglicense.
