Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with production team, sales team and customers to complete commercial roofing repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines on job sites.
- Inspect and assess damaged roofing systems to determine the required repairs.
- Perform repairs on various types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Ensure adherence to Apple Roofing's quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle any unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise during the repair process.

- Must have experience in commercial roofing repair.
- Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
