Labguru is seeking an experienced executive of Strategic Alliances with superior communication and networking skills to lead and deliver strategic alignment with a range of key technology partners including SAP, Avantor, Tetra Science and other ISV / IHV / MSPs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage technology integration, roadmap alignment, go-to-market, and sales outcomes with our partners, thus leading the execution and delivery of key strategy and business goals.

You will be integral to both scaling our business as well as achieving our vision of becoming an essential Data Management platform for life science industry, academia and research institutes worldwide.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through relationships with strategic key technology partners focusing on leading data solution providers across platforms and products in the data / analytics / applications landscape - data consumers, data sources, data governance, data science, data quality, analytic platforms, cloud platforms etc.

To accomplish these objectives, as a strategic market-facing leader you should possess in-depth experience leading technology partnership teams across ISV and CSPs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This position requires a proven track record of driving growth at scale within complex, multi-faceted businesses as well as the ability to collaborate and navigate across a global, highly matrixed environment.

We are seeking talented candidates who have exceeded goals in enterprise software and cloud alliances within the past five years and possessing prior experience working with SAP or other leading ISVs.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build and maintain mutually beneficial strategic relationships with targeted partners
  • Define, build, activate & support joint integration with Technology Partners, marketing, go-to-market (cloud marketplace, co-sell, channel offerings) to accelerate sales globally.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to provide operational and strategic support.
  • Program manage key cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams both within and external to the global partner ecosystem.
  • Educate and align the field organization and channel partners to leverage strengths of strategic partners
  • Create partner and segment-specific strategies and account plans that collectively deliver our growth objectives on a multi-year and annual basis.
  • Monitor trends, competitive landscape, and emerging needs specific to the market and across geographies to maximize value creation and returns.

Requirements

Essential experiences and attributes include :

  • Proven success achieving scaled, sustainable exponential business growth internationally or across regions
  • Demonstrated success in growing and leveraging ISV / CSP co-sell sourced and influenced revenue partner and customer programs
  • Excellent market and business development, sales, and account leadership skills coupled with excellent networking and relationship skills
  • Excellent commercial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven success leading global organizations across markets, regions, and segments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT architectures and corporate data strategies and solutions, Fluent with data types and formats, data access and delivery modes, data and metadata management, web and cloud-based integration technologies, big data solutions, IT infrastructure deployment models, and enterprise-class architectural topics like performance, scalability, security and governance
  • Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, computer science or engineering with an MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience.
