Duties / Responsibilities butnot limited to :

  • Blazethe trail in establishing and nurturing professional relationshipswith prospects in the Light Industrial sector.
  • Conduct strategic prospecting to identify untappedopportunities for Light Industrial Staffing.
  • Accelerate sales revenue for your assigned territorybecoming a catalyst for industrial growth.
  • Research and develop innovative sales territories stayingahead in the rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
  • Network and build robust relationships with new currentand former clients in the Light Industrial domain.
  • Advocate for our staffing solutions educating andconvincing new and existing clients of the transformative impact ofour services.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with theRecruiting team understanding the specific needs of LightIndustrial clients and effectively marketing candidates.
  • Surpass sales targets dominate cold calls and exceedappointment goals each week.
  • Leverage modernsales prospecting techniques including cold emails virtualprospecting social networking and cold calling while consistentlyupdating targets and providing accurate forecasts.

RequiredSkills / Abilities :

  • Proficient in data entry and management to navigate thenuances of the Light Industrial Staffing sector.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareenhancing your ability to convey the value of our staffingsolutions.
  • Adept at various sales techniquesincluding virtual prospecting and social networking tailored forthe Light Industrial landscape.
  • Exceptionalverbal interpersonal and research skills to resonate with industryleaders.
  • Resilient under pressuredemonstrating the composure needed to navigate the challenges ofthe industrial sector.
  • Ability to thriveindependently and collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic teamenvironment.
  • High energy levels and aselfstarter mentality perfectly aligned with the fastpaced natureof Light Industrial Staffing.

Education andExperience :

  • HighSchool Degree or equivalent; a bachelors degree in marketingbusiness or a related field is preferred.
  • Generally requires 25 years of related experience orsales experience with a focus on Light IndustrialStaffing.
  • Strong Sales and Customer Serviceskills tailored for the industrial sector.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Exceland PowerPoint.
  • Quick learner with the abilityto work efficiently to meet productivity goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to navigate multipledepartments and follow up with clients and prospects.
  • Reliable transportation is a must as this role involvessignificant outside sales activities.

License / Certification :

Valid Drivers License (Required)

WorkLocation :

  • Embrace thefield with inperson interactions where the industrial landscapecomes to life.
  • Maintain constant communicationwith the VP of Operations.
  • Activelyparticipate in weekly sales and development calls.

Physical Requirements :

  • Thrive on the road with 50% travel including the abilityto lift stand and carry a minimum of 20lbs.
  • Adaptability for prolonged periods of sitting at a deskand making strategic moves in the industrial chessboard.
