- Blazethe trail in establishing and nurturing professional relationshipswith prospects in the Light Industrial sector.
- Conduct strategic prospecting to identify untappedopportunities for Light Industrial Staffing.
- Accelerate sales revenue for your assigned territorybecoming a catalyst for industrial growth.
- Research and develop innovative sales territories stayingahead in the rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
- Network and build robust relationships with new currentand former clients in the Light Industrial domain.
- Advocate for our staffing solutions educating andconvincing new and existing clients of the transformative impact ofour services.
- Collaborate seamlessly with theRecruiting team understanding the specific needs of LightIndustrial clients and effectively marketing candidates.
- Surpass sales targets dominate cold calls and exceedappointment goals each week.
- Leverage modernsales prospecting techniques including cold emails virtualprospecting social networking and cold calling while consistentlyupdating targets and providing accurate forecasts.

Education andExperience :
- HighSchool Degree or equivalent; a bachelors degree in marketingbusiness or a related field is preferred.
- Generally requires 25 years of related experience orsales experience with a focus on Light IndustrialStaffing.
- Strong Sales and Customer Serviceskills tailored for the industrial sector.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Exceland PowerPoint.
- Quick learner with the abilityto work efficiently to meet productivity goals.
- Exceptional organizational skills to navigate multipledepartments and follow up with clients and prospects.
- Reliable transportation is a must as this role involvessignificant outside sales activities.

WorkLocation :

Physical Requirements :
- Thrive on the road with 50% travel including the abilityto lift stand and carry a minimum of 20lbs.
