Job Description

The Assistant Tax Manager will play a key role in supporting complex tax preparation, client management, and review processes for a rapidly growing tax firm. This role includes reviewing returns, answering preparer questions, and assisting with client communications across the U.S. The position is year-round with flexible scheduling outside of tax season and offers long-term growth potential into a Tax Manager role. The ideal candidate will bring strong tax expertise, leadership skills, and a desire to grow alongside a fast-paced firm.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000–$75,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
